Once We Receive your trumpet

1. We will review your additional work order request form and inspect your trumpet.

2. If additional work is necessary we will email you with an estimate/invoice.

3. Once you approve the additional work estimate/invoice and submit payment we will get started right away.

4. After the work is complete we will conduct a final inspection, play test, and ship the trumpet back to you.

5. Our turn around time is 1-5 business days after we receive the trumpet.
